There are two ways to modify PHP.ini, one general and one specific
To make a general modification, just go to your cPanel account, Software, Select PHP Version, here in the upper right corner you will find an option that says: "Swith To PHP Options", by clicking here, you can see PHP.ini options
To make a modification to a specific domain or subdomain in your cPanel, go to software, MultiPHP INI Editor
