How to set up an email account on an iPad?

To set up an email account on the iPad, you have to do it by following these steps:

1. We enter the "Settings" icon.

2. Next we select the option "Mail, contacts, calendars"

3. We select the option "Add account ..."

4. Next we select "Other"

5. We select the option "Add account" and fill in the fields that will appear below:

- Name: will be the name of our email account, for example, accounting

- Address: is the email address, for example, accounting@mydomain.com

- Password: the password of our email account

- Description: we can describe our email account

6. Select the "POP" option and fill in the fields below:

- Name: will be the name of our email account, for example, accounting

- Address: is the email address, for example, accounting@mydomain.com

- Description: we can describe our email account

Incoming mail server:

- Hostname: mail.mydomain.com

- Username: the full email account, for example, accounting@mydomain.com

- Password: the password of our email account

Outgoing mail server:

- Hostname: mail.mydomain.com

- Username: the full email account, for example, accounting@mydomain.com

- Password: the password of our email account

7. Click on "Save" and the verification process of the account will begin. If the configuration is correct, you will be shown on the screen.

Once these steps are finished you can start using your email account on the iPad.
