1.- Enter the main menu of your cell phone with Android and choose the option Mail.
2.- Complete the required information: Email address: enter your complete email account, including the extension. Ej. User@yourdomain.com
Password: enter the password to your email account that you chose when you created the user.
3.- Click on Next
4.- In the question about the type of account, select the option IMAP ACCOUNT
5.- Enter the information requested. It is possible that some data appear previously loaded, make sure that the entered data are correct according to the following detail: Username: enter your complete email account, including the extension. Eg yourname@yourdomain.com
Password: enter the password that was put into your email account.
IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 993 Security type: Select the SSL option
IMAP route prefix: (Leave it unanswered)
6.- Click Next and wait a few seconds until the incoming Server Check completes ...
7.- Complete the requested data: SMTP server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 465
Security Type: Select the SSL option
Requires login: Click and activate (tilde)
Requires login Username: enter your entire email account, including the extension. Ej. User@yourdomain.com
Password: enter the password to your email account.
8.- Click on Next and wait a few seconds until the outgoing server check completes ...
9.- Configure the email verification Frequency to your liking. You can select from the options: Every 15 minutes / Every 30 minutes / Every hour.
10.- Configure the extra options of your choice, by clicking to check or activate each option. You can choose to enable or disable two extra options: Send emails from this account by default. Notify me when an email arrives.
11.- Click on Next
12.- Enter a symbolic name for the account (optional) and the name you want to show in your outgoing messages.
13.- Click on Done.
14.- After following these instructions correctly, you can send and receive emails with your email account from your Android cell phone.
