1. You need to contact your current domain provider. Ask them to do two things:
a) Unlock your domain so it can be transferred.
b) Request the transfer code or EPP code. This is like the key we need to start the transfer process.
2. Once you have those details, we take care of the rest. Our system generates service order with the transfer cost. You just need to make the payment and that's it! We will activate the transfer process immediately.
3. During the process, you may receive an email asking you to accept or decline the transfer. Don't worry, it's just a security measure.
* Remember that the process of transferring a domain between providers can take up to 7 business days. That's why we recommend start at least 10 days before your domain expires.
