¿Como crear una lista de Correo?

1- Enter Cpanel, there go to the “Email” section and click on “Mailing Lists” or "Mailing List"

2- Next we will fill in the name of the list, and we will use a password.

We can select whether the list is public or private.

Private: Create a mailing list that has private files, so the administrator must approve the subscriptions. Additionally, the mailing list is not advertised.

Public: we create a mailing list that contains public files, subscriptions to it are open and the list is announced.

3- We press the “add” button and the list will be created, which will appear just below the button, as seen below.

To manage the list, we see on the right side that we can “delete” the list, “change password”, “Delegation” (option that must be used carefully, since with it we delegate administration permissions of the account and “manage” that will allow the management of the list.

4- We press “manage” and we will change the language to Spanish. To do this, we will click on “Language options”.

We mark the language that interests us.

5- Now the language will appear in the drop-down menu. We select it and click on “submit your changes”.

6- We will click on “General Options” and at the bottom right we will change the public name of the list, which is the name that will appear at the time of sending and we will also change the email of the list administrator, for example one of the domain. We will save the configuration by clicking on “Submit changes”.

7- Next, we will click on “Subscriber Administration” and it will show a sub menu. In the “Mass Subscriptions” option we can invite people to subscribe or invite them in bulk. Also display a welcome message to subscribers. And to send us notifications, it is better to select no.

8- To add the email addresses to our list, we can do it by manually writing the addresses in the first text box. It is important to put one email per line. And the other option is to import a list, if we have an extensive email list.

9- After sending the email, it needs to be approved by the administrator to send the list. We go to the “Other administrative activities” section and click on “Take care of requests pending moderation.”

10- After reviewing the content of the message and verifying that it is valid, we will mark the accept option and press the “Send all data” button. Completing the shipment to our entire distribution list.
